"Child, what is it?" A kid barely half his size went up to him to ask if he could fix her broken doll. Prior to their meeting, it seems she fell on her toes and accidentally pulled the head off of it which led to its current state. The man who didn't have the heart to reject the eyes of a young soul immediately accepted the doll, sweatlessly and effortlessly placed the head back to where it belong. His work wasn't so drastic to deserve such positive praises from the girl but he accepted them nonetheless and watched her walk off.
Somehow, the child reminded him of a certain someone. The innocence hinted was worth protecting and if destroyed, he would never forgive the world. Damage isn't so temporary in this world and he sought to find that worrying. Discovering no less in the grounds he's standing on, he turned to meddle in his way but ended up hurting someone in his carelessness. It was odd that he didn't sense the person before considering how he usually would. Did the scientists also prevented or perhaps limited his senses? Not like he can use that as an excuse to what just happened.
His hands went down to support the frame of what appears to be a woman who was just as surprised as him. She was just walking, did she? To think that she would slam against him was also another unforgivable thing or was he just exaggerating? Kaname held her so she can properly stand, immediately pulled his hands away as to not render her dumbfounded and uncomfortable. "I'm sorry, my lady," he apologized, worry featured across his face. "I didn't see you there, my bad." If she was in front of him it would be hard for her to go unnoticed. "Are you hurt somewhere?"
