Rosanna had spend the morning preparing for the guests she was having over today. Both her family, and her amanti were coming over! She’d cleaned the house and laid out a big table filled with assorted snacks for them all the enjoy. It should be fun!
Though admittedly, she was nervous, not as much with Thundercracker meeting her carrier. But she was a biiiiiit nervous about him meeting her twin. Flipsides wasn’t the most friendly person to begin with. Let alone with strangers. She was worried her sister would give Thunder a had time. Though she desperately wanted them all to get along.
The Minibot was drawn from her thoughts with a knock at the door. It couldn’t be Flips, she’d have just let herself in. That meant it was either Thorn or Thunder! And she was happy either way. So Rosanna went to the door and was greeted by the sight of her carrier.
“hello Rosie my darling little jewel~.” he smiled as he scooped her up and cradling her in his servos. “I’ve missed my little one dearly.” He smiled lovingly as he kissed her helm.
“Oh carrier! I’m so happy you could make it!” She chirped and nuzzled his cheek.
“Of course, and I could I miss a chance to meet the mech that has you so enchanted.” He teased as he walked them inside. Sitting on the couch as he set Rosanna on his lap to continue chatting as they waited for the others to arrive.
Thunder spent joors preparing for this meeting; it was all that occupied his mind since discussing with Rosanna last week. It was his idea, why was he so nervous? It wasn’t like they were about to perform the Conjunx Ritus right now, or that Rosanna’s family could bar him from joining with her. Still, first impressions were very important, and he wasn’t used to having to care about one before. He had already spoken with Thornblast once before, so at least they were somewhat acquainted already; Flipsides, so he’s heard, was pretty rude and blunt, much like himself, so maybe he’ll be able to deal with her.
After polishing his armor, preparing a gift for the carrier, and mentally reviewing how he was going to answer hypothetical questions, Thundercracker left for Rosanna’s house. The sound of his engines could be heard from outside, once he arrived, but there was a strangely long amount of silence after he transformed. Thunder stood hesitantly at the door for a while, giving himself one more pep talk in his head. Then, finally, he knocked on the door.
