another full day of walking around, and i'm just exhausted. i don't usually get in this much physical activity! and it's still early so i want to do fun relaxing things, but i can't even muster up the energy to read fic right now.

on another note! was very much in awe over some old etchings i saw at the museum today (such tiny lines and fine details and crosshatching!), so i managed to find an art supply store, and got myself some presents! got a couple of super-fine-tip pens (like 0.2mm, needle-tiny!), a kneaded eraser (since i can't find where i put my old one), and a couple of on-sale sketch books. hopefully the cheap price will allow me to use them for random doodling/experimenting/practice. my previous book has turned into more of an illustrated journal sort of thing (which is good, but it means i don't feel safe bringing it places where people may try to read over my shoulder). very tempted to go back. the sale's going on until, like, october, and i do love me some art supplies.
