“Well aren’t I lucky?” Miyuki grinned as he stared down at the dark-haired girl. He hadn’t really taken that much time to worry about who his soulmate was, but when his mark began to glow when he came face to face with the dark haired short girl, he certainly wasn’t disappointed. He could the glowing of her mark through her blouse and he could feel his own mark pulsing in his chest. He smiled, “So I guess you’re my soul mate.” He had never really expected to care about something like this so much, but as he stood in front of her, he could feel his heart pound with a bit of excitement. “I’m Miyuki Kazuya,” he said holding out his hand to her. “And I guess we should start getting to know each other, ne?”
Placing a hand over the glow on her chest, Tomoko looked to the side with a slight blush. She had never expected to meet her soulmate so unexpectedly. She didn’t hate the fact that it was this guy, but Tomoko had her eyes on somebody else already. “Oh. Yeah, and you’re mine.” Tomoko nodded turning her head up a little to make eye contact with the other.
“I’m Shinju Tomoko, nice to meet you Miyuki-kun.” Reaching her own small hand out to shake his, Tomoko gave him a soft smile. “I don’t mind if you call me by my first name or last name, either one is fine.” Giving Miyuki’s hand a gentle squeeze, she could feel how strong it felt and what she thought were callouses. “I’m sure that we’ll get to know each other just fine through this year! It looks like you’re going to be sitting next to me.”
