I won't lose a child, too.
... Is that too forward? To think of them as my child? After all, they weren't made by me. But they were made in my image. Would it be safer to think of them as... more like a little sibling? No, that's not right either. After all, our creator certainly isn't the same.

For now, my dear library cryptid, I suppose you will have to handle being my child. One of my flock, if you will. Alongside my Guardians, who have taken so fondly to you.
