Getting out of the Orre region was a new experience for him. However, there were rumors floating around about a small branch of Cipher fleeing Orre to move to new regions. First stop, Kanto. Walking through the streets of Celadon City, his Umbreon walking beside him and his Espeon draped over his neck and shoulders like a scarf, he looked around the city.
Having his P★DA opened, he looked up various bits of information on the region. Kanto was a well known spot among the Pokemon World, known for places like Pallet Town, the home of the renowned Professor Oak, and Lavender Town, where Pokemon Tower resides. However, Celadon City was known for it’s own little quirk; being home to the Celadon Game Corner, where Team Rocket had a hideout. The place had since been shut down, at least temporarily... but it seemed like a good place to start his search for Cipher.
As the trio approach the door, Wes shakes the Espeon. With a yawn, he hops off of his trainer’s shoulders, stretching a bit. With a snap, Wes orders Espeon to open the door. With a nod, the Pokemon uses it’s psychic power to manually undo the lock, allowing him to go in. Pushing the doors open, he makes his way in with the other two Pokemon, beginning his search for clues.
