so, the reason i've been a little less active yesterday & today was because i was putting together this new blog. it won't be my main blog & after everything is totally set up, normal activity on this blog will resume. basically, i've got 90% of the pages up & running. i've also got up an open & a starter call so if anyone wants to interact over there, go right ahead. now, to do drafts.

see, i would. i really would if the thought of someone who's such a great writer following someone like me makes me so nervous that i feel sick. really, i'm really okay with just telling you how great you are and admiring you from afar. I'm just glad someone has taken the wonderful character of Peter and finally done him justice, so honestly, just - thank you. and thank you for everything you said, that means a lot me.
what i can't quite wrap my head around is the fact that you've said "someone like me". we are the same; i promise you. we're both a part of this wonderful community, we're both writers, we both care about our characters far more than we probably should, & i can get just as self-conscious as you seem to be right now. i cannot tell you the number of times i have stared at someone's blog, thinking that they're better than me, or that i wasn't good enough of a writer to keep up with them.
obviously i can't do much more to make you feel comfortable with the idea of approaching me off anon, but i want you to r emove what ever kind of pedestal you seem to have put me on. there is absolutely no reason for you to think that i'm better than you in any way. i'm honestly just the biggest dork in the fucking world. i live at home with my parents, & i still have a pokemon poster hanging up on my wall from when i was ten years old, & literally 90% of what i write is me trying to bullshit something i think sounds nice so that wonderful people ( like you ) will actually think i'm worth writing with.
if you ever change your mind about deciding to take me up on that offer, it's open ended & will never be taken off the table. honestly, we are all on the same level here okay? but seriously, thank you so much for taking the time to message me in the first place. i don't get those kinds of messages very often, & it really just means a lot to me.
