Just asking for advice from the cat people around here. I recently rescued 3 orange kittens that were abandoned in my university (currently looking for the mom as well), I already found a home for one, one is going to stay with me and the other we're trying to find a home, but I'm scared that they're sick (already got them to the vet, they're fine, healthy, just full of worms) cuz they don't drink water! I got like a fountain to get running water and all but they refuse hydration.
How to properly cat proof an apartment? I know about the protection on the windows and balcony, but how to prevent them from like.... eating the phone charger, climbing the curtain, falling and hurting themselves? They're orange so I know they're going to be active and cause some troubles, how to protect them tho?
Need help, it's my first time dealing with kittens this small, I'm used to dogs that will instantly love you and not ferocious babies that need an entire week just to know that you're not gonna harm them.
