Oh, ya mean UNITE Battles? I remember to show ya the example before, but I think you want to know more about them, right?
Sadly I cannot tell more since I'm not an expert, hahaa... But...here goes. *ahem*...
So basically, UNITE Battles is a hybrid of basketball, soccer (or how Acie says "football"), and mixed martial arts.
You can score the goal by put the balls to the opposing ring. The more points you have, the higher score it gets.
To get them, you can attack the Pokémon from the opposing team. Or you can fight so-called "wild Pokémon".
The matches are lasting for ten minutes at Remoat Stadium. Also there are different rules for each stage.
And the secret is, the battles used to be set in this city, but the island's government banned it as it might cause damage to the infrastructure.
