Resentment
Came to the realization that life makes one question assumptions often. I assume too much and get lost in the battle of unmet expectations leading to preplanned resentments. Resentment is the cancer that makes the past come alive and makes it seems realer than it may ever be. Acceptance of the situation helps, being like a tree and letting the emotional weather wash over, over and water you ultimately makes sense.
What is the last time you could not go with the flow and were stuck. Did it lead to resentment?
