Lavender the Fairy Mouse being so fucking siked to be helpful✨, and Finch the Giant Bear loving any thing she does💕

Based on @sofeb's characters in the story, The Fairy and the Giant, and the part in the story when Lavender imagines 'a bear listening attentively to the instructions of a mouse', after Finch cheerfully agrees to do as she says like it was 'the most normal thing on the planet.'

(What she's planning on doing with that scythe I do not know, but I did give Finch a slight beard shadow so-)

I am so happy with how these guys turned out!

-This is like my third "actual effort" drawn bear I've ever done, and I love him! That ponytail was a bitch to figure out And I love how the ponytail came out! (This version of Bear Finch does not have the beard shadow)

-Once I was working on Lavender I started thinking 'Is it fair that she gets clothes and Finch only has a ponytail, does that still work?' And then like right away I remembered that he's canonly shirtless, so it's totally fine.

-She's so fucking cute! I love all the little details I gave Lavender, like her pointy mouse ears and her wing pattern matching her eye sparkles, and it was fun playing with what her tail should do. And her nightgown and hair are just a simplified version of how @sofeb drew it.

-And then, these are the sketches I drew trying to figure out what emotion to go for. I really love the idea of changing her wing pattern (&color(?)), and the broken part of her wing to go with her emotions.

-And they all have "names" to help with my organizing.
