I've had this bullshit ass idea bouncing around in my head for a while that I'll probably never do anything with so anyone who thinks this is any good can just draw or write whatever abt it idc but like imagine irl Chris and Martin Kratt and their cartoon versions being a particular kind of same but different where they do deadass hop between worlds but they don't JUST become cartoony/not cartoony but become their other versions of themselves. Like they're not JUST two separate entities but they're not the exact same either. They occupy a secret unknown space between other-dimension bestie and "that's just me"

And imagine they go at least a while after (in the animated reality) forming their team with Aviva, Koki, & Jimmy before saying this bc that's frankly unhinged. But eventually they do get to talk about it and it's like wdym your "other you" is married??? Were? Oh shit I'm sorry for your loss (whhhhat the fuck)

To be honest I don't think they'd actually wait to reveal this info until 2024 I just thought that would be an insane revelation. But like fr, imagine the guys you're doing your scientific/environmentalist adventures with reveal they have alternate versions of themselves that they become from time to time who live different lives and have families, but they're not entirely the same or entirely separate so it's like. Your other you got married? And you share memories and most of your personality with your other you, but you don't consider you to be married to the person your other you is. Okay. I need some ibuprofen.
