Happy 20th Anniversary Buffy the Vampire Slayer

The first episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer aired 20 years ago, today. While some people wonder why I still love this show, it has quite literally brought me to the best moments in my life.

Friends. My life long friends showed me a show so we could hang out away from my rather tumultuous home.

RP. While I RPed before BtVS, this is where I found a home and wonderful online friendships that I cherish.

Love. BtVS brought me to the one person I adore most in this world, my fiance. ❤

Passion/Livelyhood. I watched a show that made me fall in love with creating monsters and fashion trends. The cast themselves told me I should follow my dream. And so I did.

This was more than a supernatural TV show to me. It made a difference in my world. It taught me about the kind of person I should be and the many mistakes that will be made. It made me who I am.

So the happiest of anniversaries to this wonderful show. Thank you Buffy.

A breif moment of hesitation. . . freezing at the words as mind reels. It's not that she doesn't trust Faith, she does, despite the way they clash, sometimes fight like cat and dog. Had she been naive? Had she been ignorant to the dangers? She'd thought nobody knew her, that she didn't exist here. Had she been wrong?

She forces herself to take a breath and diverts her gaze to Faith's direction. " Tell me what to do. " she has all the knowledge in this situation, any plan Hope makes will be half assed and based on pure luck. She's hoping that the other has some kind of a plan— although she's got out of worse situations on just dumb luck.

I was totally not expecting a mun ship, but yay! I agree with that ship too.  ;) Characters I do love Sprusilla, and Crike?  Sprowley?  I don’t know what the smooshy name  would be.   That one wasn’t planned, it kind of happened, but it’s definately an interesting one for sure.
