Jihye sighs as she finally forces herself out of bed, where she had spent the morning curled up, listening to music on her phone and daydreaming. She pulls on a pair of loose, light gray sweatpants that gathered at the ankles, leaving the room clad in those and a simple, thin black tank top. On her way to the kitchen, her tiny grey kitten starts to circle around her feet, headbutting at her ankles eagerly for breakfast. With a quiet giggle, she scoops the kitten up, carrying him to the kitchen and setting him down again, filling his little bowl with kitten food before washing her hands and grabbing an apple as a small breakfast.
She sits on the counter and snacks thoughtfully, humming under her breath as she studies her fuzzy-socked feet. What to do today? She had no schedules today, and had no errands to run. Picking at her brain, she tries to come up with something to entertain herself, but unfortunately comes up empty handed. Absentmindedly, she tugs her cellphone from the deep pocket of her sweats, setting her apple down and tapping out a good morning message to her boyfriend after wiping the fruit juices off of the digits and onto her pants. He had been busy with schedules the day before, so he had ended up sleeping at his own apartment. With a smile, she sends her message, hoping to be able to see him today.
