Another quick headcanon, as while I've incorporated it into the way I play his personality, I forgot to make it an established fact on his profile--I play Milton as having Asperger's syndrome. Another thing Dallas Roberts has said about him in an interview. He's never had it officially diagnosed, although Milton has suspected for a while that he has some sort of social disorder.

Just as a bit of a first headcanon I would say that Milton is now more afraid of handling bladed instruments than he was before escaping Woodbury. It won't cause flashbacks or anything but having the handle in his grip will set off a noticeable spike in anxiety, particularly if there's someone nearby (or they're the one holding the knife). Even scalpels and butter knives will do it.
