“Welcome!” Thor greeted their guest as they stepped out of the Bifrost gateway. Smiling warmly at the long dark haired man, the small Asgardian offered his arm to clasp, his favourite Mjolnir hanging by his hip instead.
One of the many duties of a prince was to be a good host and the opportunity this time - an Ainur from Arda and Herald of Manwë, a being Odin said to share similar powers to Thor himself, was naturally left to the crown prince who had more matching characteristics and interests. And while his responsibilities in Asgard kept him from visiting Arda that was said to be similar to Alfheim and Vanaheim, he was told to learn more about it through the Maiar. As such, he was relieved from most of his routine duties during Eönwë’s stay, so that he could see to their guest’s comfort as well as facilitating a proper cultural exchange.
So, since the other’s visit was not ceremonious but casual diplomacy, Thor was dressed lightly with a fine scale mail shirt beneath a dark blue tunic, belted at the waist with metal and leather. Dark and dull red pants lead to black leather boots that matched the cloak which sat around his shoulders, clasped with a golden medallion. His exceedingly long golden hair was loosely tied in a braid that fell down well below his hips, completing the casual ensemble with enough formality for a distinguished guest of Eönwë’’s position.
