Things Long Forgotten || Plot Drop
Psyche’s favorite moments were always the simple ones. There was surely room for passion and fervor in her life - and in truth, there were too many times to count where that had been the case - but she’d always been most fond of sweetness, of soft kisses and whispers and gentle touches. This was no exception as she laid in bed, curled up next to her husband as the sun crested the horizon. It was her happy place, her home, and it was understandable that her mind would wander as it had seemingly done in recent times to topics that she hadn’t dared say out loud. Well, that was until now, as she’d seemingly plucked up some nerve to finally admit it. A low, contented sigh escaped her as she shifted, turning on her side as she leaned in to leave a lazy kiss on his shoulder. “Eros, darling.” Voice still heavy from sleep, she barely spoke above a murmur as she tried to get her husband’s attention, “I fear we may sleep the entire day away if we stay in bed much longer, love.” @ericdupoint
