O Titiana
The bad thing about sleeping in someone else’s bed is that it’s all that much harder when you’re trying to avert your eyes. There’s no where to look without it being severely uncomfortable. They only place she can really look is at him; the way his hair sits on his face, the peaceful look of him.
Of course, he picks up on the reason behind her staring. He’s irritatingly good at reading her so he gives her a questioning look. One that she could read well enough in the dark. She rolls over so her back is to him. She really doesn’t want to go into it and he already knows this, she’s sure of that.
His arm reaches out and pulls her closer to him.
He’s so warm… But she flips back over, pushing herself up on her forearms and giving him a pretty stern look. For what? She’s not sure about that.
But he doesn’t waste time. He leans up and presses a kiss to her lips and lies back down before she can shove him away. She covers her head with her pillow and lets out a quiet distressed whinny noise. She hears him let out a quiet laugh and that furthers her distress. It’s good-natured, she knows, but she can’t handle being laughed at… So she throws her pillow aside and kisses him back. She could tell he’s surprised, just for a moment, but he kisses her in turn not long after.
The good thing about sleeping in someone else’s bed is that it’s all that much harder when you’re trying to avert your eyes. There’s no where else to look.
