“I can’t believe you’d ruin my outfit in such a manner.”

Apparently ignoring the Espada for the moment, the Quincy quickly began trying to fix the fabric. Surely they weren’t fighting -at least not at the moment- but it seemed strange to anyone else to act this way. Certainly Grimmjow wouldn’t approve. Even if it was his accidental gesture that had ripped a part of the boy’s outfit.

“Senna?”

Chad was quite in shock as he saw the girl happily walking by. Was he just dreaming? By all accounts she was...Maybe people never really disappeared. They just went somewhere besides the Soul Society? This was just too confusing.

This was Chad’s first time in a store of the Soul Society. But he desperately needed a shirt after the one he had being torn during the battle. He didn’t want to leave to the World of the Living in the black kimono. And he wasn’t about to let Uryu make strange changes to it.

“Uh...”

He glanced around not sure of what to do. There was only the clerk and a Soul Reaper that was probably also browsing for something to buy.

“Rukia.”

The tall young man called out to the Soul Reaper. Or it’s more accurate to say he almost whispered, with a large smile showing in his face. He hadn’t seen her in a while and last time she was left with some injuries and had to recover at the Soul Society. He was happy to see his friend in Karakura High School once more.

“I’m asking you where is Ichigo.” The teen knew his friend had another being or another part of himself. It was hard to understand but it was true nonetheless. However, now, the one appearing in front of him was the one known as Shirosaki which meant he was in control...didn’t it? A line of sweat ran down Chad’s tanned face, his muscles tensing up in anticipation for a possible battle. But could he even do anything? More important by hurting him wouldn’t Chad be hurting Ichigo? He couldn’t ever do that.

“Are you alright?” Chad glanced at the girl as he swiftly helped her up, noticing she was about to trip. Her face wasn’t strange and he was sure that maybe Ichigo or Tatsuki knew who she was. Noticing she got her clothes a bit dirty, he silently offered a tissue that Uryu had forced on him. It was really frilly.

What bad timing. The Hollow had to appear just as school was about to start. Finishing it was easy since he was quite weak or at least seemed that way after he faced members of the Espada. Still, that made him late for his class and in an attempt to at least make it to the second period, he ran through the gate.

Feeling his body go against something or better yet someone, he jumped in surprise avoiding a fall thanks to his quick reflexes. Still startled, he glanced at the female that he had just bumped against. He was now telling himself to avoid running in school even if he was late. After all, now he’d probably be even later than usual. The girl seemed young by her looks but a look at her uniform allowed him to see she was actually a second year student while he was in his first year.

“I’m sorry, I didn’t mean for this to happen...Are you alright?”
