2. Where did you find inspiration for your muse?

Oh this is kind of embarrassing but also kind of obvious once you realize we have the same exact name – but she started out as a self insert that was mashed with my other OC Sierra. Eventually she became VERY deviated from the source material (me) and now she’s just her own person but happens to have my name. (Thank god for that ‘cause I’d die of embarrassment from half the stuff I write with her, if she was still me)

Sierra was a character I had in my head as long as I can remember, she was always kind of an imaginary friend - and at one point, my chuunibyou phase’s alter ego (DONT JUDGE ME)

So since Sierra was me and Hima was me it just made sense that Sierra was Hima, right? And thus space princess trainer was born

tl;dr: she was a delusional self insert of mine that kind of detached and ran off on her own.

8.How did you choose the name for your muse?

Aside from her being initially a self insert, I also just could not think of a cooler name than Himashi?? Hello?? Not to toot my own horn (Totally tootin my own horn) but Himashi is a COOL ASS name. It means snow blessings in Sinhala, supposedly means mountain goddess in some Indian language (Fitting for Hima, the soil princess!) and just. Sounds cool. My parents did something right.

15. Share a random headcanon about your muse!

Her in-canon reason for being named Himashi: In Japanese, “Hima” means “free time”, which she has a lot of now that Xena’s let her have a 100 year break. And the “shi” comes from Satoshi! (The English explanation: Hima + Ash = Himashi)

You got: Impulsiveness

You don't think before you act, or get mad, or even speak. Before the notion has finished forming itself in your brain, you rush to make it real, and every nanosecond that it takes is agony. Good meals take time. Successful careers take years of hard work. The things most worth having require patience. You need to work on your long game. So relax and take it slow for once.

Similarities:

Neither of us gets sick much.

We both like to draw

I’m running out of similarities here help we have the same fucking name

Differences:

I need to have sleep with socks on, no matter what the weather. She’s gotta keep ‘em off when it’s hot.

She has awful taste in underwear, while mine is pretty plain (lol)

She gets hungry fast and will act on any craving. I don’t notice I’m hungry while I’m working, or will just be too lazy to get up for food.

📇- Is your muse a gossiper?Definitely not. If someone tells her to keep a secret, she does her best to zip her lip. She might be nosy, but she’s not going to tattletale every little thing – if someone is likely to be hurt, she tries to solve the problem on her own.

✍ : What is your muse’s handwriting like? Is it neat? Sloppy? Fancy?

Her handwriting is just a little neater than a childish scrawl. She tends to press pretty hard on the paper, and she’s bad at writing letters small. But she’s better at writing with a brush; even though her normal handwriting is pretty crappy, oddly enough she’s good at artistic calligraphy.
