It was no secret that Remi was ruled by her wanderlust, always disappearing without notice only to be seen via social media lounging on a beach in the Caribbean or wandering through Europes city streets. One day she was perfect content in the current city and the next she was packing her bags with no regard for her new or old friends and lovers picked up along the way. This time, she was off to Asia.

“Then come with me. Think about it, in 48 hours we could be eating some of the best street food in the world and laying under the shade of palm trees,” Remi reasoned with a huff, continuing to pack her suitcase. “I’ve already been in the city for a month, that’s two weeks longer than I intended to stay.”

Taylor estaba frustrada: tenía que enseñarle cosas nuevas a sus minions, seguía leyendo la interminable lista de libros que le habían dejado en sus clases, y encima tenía que soportar a todo el clan de plásticas. Por esa razón había aceptado sin precedentes la invitación de una chica nueva que le había ofrecido hierba. La verdad, lo único que pretendía con eso era deshacerse de su estresante vida y ser sólo una estudiante promedio sin padres famosos que iba a la Academia Diamante.

Llegó con antelación al lugar en que había quedado con la muchacha, y se tumbó en el pasto para cerrar los ojos mientras esperaba; claro que antes se había asegurado de vestir algo que pudiese ensuciarse de pasto sin que algún diseñador se lamentara en alguna parte del mundo.
