As soon as the bell rang, Adrianna ran downstairs to open the door, and before letting him think her hands cupped his head and her lips attached to his in a hungry, deep kiss. She started walking without letting space between them, slamming the wooden door behind her as her hands started working with the buttons of his shirt.

"Did you miss me?"

Her voice was a tone lower than she thought it would be, hot breath against her skin and just that simple fact made her quiver. She moved away to let the fabric off his body, her hands were traveled up his back, caressing the now bare skin and ended on his hair, pulling it slightly at the heated moment.

Pulling away she pushed him towards the arm of the couch, straddling him almost instantly. Lips moulding together and colliding in desperation.Ade didn't have to worry about being too rough or needy, after all, it was just something physically, the only reason why Derek was there, and she didn't mind about it.

She was working on his belt when the phone ringing got her attention, earning a grunt of her as she connected their gazes. Leaning to kiss him fiercely again, trying to ignore the melody.

"Don't answer, you can tell her you were busy later.."

“Dean…”

She whispered, looking up at him to check if he wasn’t asleep yet.

Her fingers were tracing circles on his chest, her head was resting on the crook of his shoulder, she liked it that way, hearing his calmed heartbeat, but she usually wasn’t that close to him, because she knew what she was dealing with, and she didn’t want to go back to the same place, long nights waiting for a simple call, screams, fights. Dean knew that, he was there when both of their relationships were falling apart and she was afraid of getting hurt. That was a blank page now and she didn’t want to turn back time.

No exclusivity, no feelings, sometimes not even a glance after their encounters. But that wasn’t his fault, she was the one pushing him away, she tried her best not to fall for anyone, even not for him. But that was changing, she was getting tired of waking up all alone in different motel rooms, she didn’t like the feeling of the cold empty stop next to her the morning after.

But it was stupid she couldn’t simply face him and ask him to stay when she was the first one to paint the lines between them when it all started, she wasn’t the one to say those three words that were killing her from inside. She couldn’t simply admit to herself that she was starting to miss his touch from time to time.

“Are you going away again?” Her lips pressed together forming a thick line as she closed her eyes, almost feeling stupid. She already knew the answer. Even when she wasn’t used to see him leave.

Adrianna was pissed, more than that, she was furious, yelling, throwing things, acting like a little girl crying over a doll. But she couldn't accept it, even after reading that article on the magazine. " I don't care if it's just for publicity, i don't care if i don't get any more audience... I'm no going to fake a relationship with him!" Her manager didn't even speak, he was looking at her, all calmed down, not responding to her rudeness. When she was tired of putting on a show, she gasped for air, letting her body sink on the couch. " He's older than me, all they're going to do is criticize that..." Once again she was reading the article, watching the picture paparazzi's took of them together on a red carpet.

"You don't understand it" Ade crossed her arms, leaving the paper next to her "I can't even look at him as a friend. Daniel is... He thinks he owns the place, he thinks he can go with anyone and use his... Charm!" She grunted, clenching her jaw. Ade didn't even know him well, but her first impression of him wasn't exactly the best, and now, watching all the rumors spreading around made her sick.

Ade got up from the couch and walked over the door, but she turned her heels to her manager and looked at him with dark squinted eyes "I refuse to have the smallest relationship with him, why would i want to acting like i'm in love with him? Money? I'm better than that... I won't use him." Without even listen at his response she continued her way and her dramatically exit, but as soon as she opened the door, his face appeared. It took less than a second for her to shut and open almost crashing the metal on his face.

"What are you doing here, Daniel?"

"Becca? Are you okay?"

Adrianna was resting her head on her chest, the tip of her fingers were drawing circles on the bare skin, she was looking at her, trying to get her attention, even though she felt like she was just wasting her time, Becca wasn't even facing her. And maybe, perhaps a few weeks earlier she wouldn't feel weak about that, she wouldn't even ask why the brown eyed wasn't paying attention to Ade, but it was different now.

She was breaking their rules, but it didn't matter... It didn't matter how much Adrianna was trying not to fall for Becca, because she wasn't feeling anything, for her it was just a no.feeling relationship, casual hook ups and kisses, a few beers and sometimes not even cuddling after their encounters.

How did Adrianna end up like that? A few months after she met Becca, she couldn't deny she had a crush on her and that the day the girl proposed their friends with benefits deal she freaked out, she was so excited about that, even when she had to say she wasn't going to fall, that for here that was getting laid and anything else. Lie that was a big and hurtful lie.

Adrianna was trying to get out the room, not wanting to wake him, she tried to scape his grip delicately, and after taking her clothes of the ground she sighed, looking at him... What was she even doing? or the real deal... Why she was doing so?. Too long story, it started with a bad break up, tears, junk food and sexual frustration, but she wasn't trying to use Beau, of course not! He was her best friend, she couldn't even think about him in any other way, not that the fact that she had hooked up with him changed anything, both promised that i wouldn't change a thing, they were just friends, good friends sharing a bed.

He was kind, any girl would kill to have him, he was sweet, caring, and always trying to make Ade smile, and not that she hated it, she liked it, but Beau was... Too much for her, she knew at sometime she might push him away, that's why she never tried anything with him. And he didn't like her that way either, he said so, when they started their no-feelings relationship.

But there were also rules, Ade's rules, to be exact... She didn't want them to grow closer because of it, they will do the same old things, drinking, watching movies, spending most of their free time with each other, both were tired of love, and that was what she meant, she wasn't looking something else more than physical with him. She couldn't even handle cuddling with him after their encounters that was why she was traying to sneak out.

She was walking on tiptoe to get her jeans on the other side of the bed, but she stepped on his clothes and fell... Lucky her, she hit her forehead with his bedside, letting out a scream of pain when her back crashed the floor, groaning with frustation.

Her hands were shaking nervously, she could hear her own heart pounding, and Adrianna's emotions were a mix of trouble, she was excited, but afraid, she was happy, but being there made her sad, she was confused but also knew why she was there. And yes, if someone had said three years from her twenties she might be going again to an orphanage, she would have laugh, hard and ironically. She swore to herself never go there again, not even joking.

But she was there walking alone those hallways, trying to focus, she was there for a reason, she after a hard times trying to have a baby, she and James decided to adopt a girl, but he wasn't there, once again, he had to stay working, and she wasn't ready to do that on her own, even after when she had read everything the orphanage knew about Tillie.

"I can't do this alone..."

Adrianna was talking to him through the phone, trying to held her tears, those places made her remember a lot of things, good and bad, but most of them were bad, she lost her mother when she was six years old, Tillie's age, and she couldn't help, she was afraid, not just nervously afraid, but also afraid of not being good enough for her.

When the door finally opened she looked down at the girl, she was beautiful, sweet gestures, big eyes and short curly hair, and it was like Ade lost her breath, being shock for a few seconds before smiling at her, her knees feeling like rubber.
