Dax had the day off after working long hours the last few days. The bartender had checked the weather and saw that there was a chance of rain and so, he decided to carry an umbrella with him. Dax was not someone who liked to stay in on his day off especially when his siblings were at school. He decided to head to the Boardwalk. Dax texted his brothers he would not be working tonight, so they would actually grab and eat dinner together and he would make dinner. Dax always made sure that they ate dinner together as often as possible. As he finished his text and put his phone away the bartender noticed a few drops of rain.

Dax rushed to open his umbrella and started walking when the rain started coming down hard. He noticed someone close and he could see they did not have an umbrella. He was thankful that his umbrella was big enough for two people and so he walked over to them. Dax was someone who did not think twice about helping others and speaking to others. "Excuse me, would you like to share? It's big enough for the two of us and the rain is cold and getting wet is horrible," he spoke with a warm smile.

It was a bit late, the chef had been to work. There was a lot he needed down, he had told his employees to go home and he finished everything and also got everything ready for tomorrow morning. Making sure his staff were off to a great start. Ben had found one of his guitar in his office. It had been ages since he played. The park was empty and it was late so the chef played and sang.

He stopped when he noticed the other, "Hey Christopher," he spoke with a smile. He had seem the doctor a few times when he was at the hospital for check up and to get his medication adjusted. "Late shift?"

chris hadn’t seen her in a long while and he was stunned. “wow, you have grown,” he smiled while his eyes traveled down to her feet and back up to her features. last time he met her was when she was around fourteen, soon after he moved away for college. but now... she was a grown women now and, on top of that, it was her birthday. “it’s so good to see you after all these years.”

recognizing the familiar face in a second, she bit her tongue as her brown boots stomped over to him. “hey you’re friends with... terence, right? or –– roommates? fuck, it doesn’t matter but can you do me a favor? granted it depends on if your brain cells can hold the capacity to take a message or do you need me to write it down for you,” she put her finger up, rambling on. “fuck that was mean –– apparently you’re not supposed to be a dick when people want you to do something but can you help me?”
