{♕} — Elias clenched his jaw, holding his tongue with effort. But he couldn’t contradict Hans. His brother-in-law was right… All of this was his fault. Anna wouldn’t have been forced to marry the southern prince were it not for Elias. “I know that,” he replied, barely keeping the guilt from his voice. “So punish me for all of this. Not Anna.”
Hans was more certain of himself than ever. He had won. He was in the position he had wanted to be in all these years -- so why did it still fulfill him to visit the fallen king and ridicule him? Ah, it didn't matter.
What mattered was that it was fun. More entertaining than most things he did these days, anyways.
"If you know it, Elias, don't claw and hiss at me each time you see me. It gets old. You got yourself into this mess..." He hummed, beginning to pace the room rather than talk directly to the Snow King. "...so stop blaming me. I'm not punishing your sister, either. She's quite satisfied with me from what I take~"
