OOC: What are 2-3 the mun's favorite Batman villains

OOC: That's a very good question, Anon! And a difficult one to answer because there are so many interesting villains that narrowing the list down to two or three’s gonna be very difficult, but here goes!

1.- Scarecrow: he’s obsessive, sadistic and manipulative. He uses fear as a weapon to explore human psyche. He embodies psychological horror. Unlike many villains, he attacks the mind more than the body, forcing Batman and others to face their deepest fears, anxieties and insecurities. How could a guy like that not be interesting (and terrifying)?

2.- Joker: he’s the ultimate chaotic foil to Batman. What fascinates me is the psychological depth… he’s unpredictable, terrifying, and yet, in some interpretations (hello Heath Ledger 😢), almost magnetic in his charisma. He represents pure anarchy, which makes him endlessly compelling as both a villain and a narrative device. You could say he’s a mirror to Batman’s own moral code, an almost philosophical antagonist.

3.- Riddler: I love intellectual villains, and The Riddler’s all about mind games. He forces Batman (and readers) to engage with puzzles, which makes their conflicts cerebral rather than purely physical. The psychological “cat-and-mouse” dynamic is fun, and his compulsion to leave riddles adds a quirky and humanizing flaw to a villain obsessed with his narcissistic ego and in need of recognition for his intellect.
