Hi!! I am so sorry, I saw this earlier but never responded because I've been busy.

Mod's been... hanging in there. Feeling anxiety about my art as always, but also slowly learning to accept that I will probably never be as good as I want to be, and that's okay. Also trying to dabble in some other fandoms because I think sticking only to Pokemon was part of the problem.

I've been thinking a lot about my blog too, and I think that before I come back, I want to like... write everything out. Kinda have to for a comic format. And also make refs for all my characters.

I hope you've been doing amazing!

P.S.: It's kinda crusty, but just for the heck of it, here's a ref of Leilani I made WAAAAYYY at the beginning of the year. I'll probably redo it when I feel ready, though.

What's something you could ramble / rant about for hours?

Education and learning. I'm very passionate about it, but education seems to be lacking in most countries and also doesn't get updated quickly enough to our changing society. Not to mention the lack of education to girls and people in poverty.

And don't make me start on the US education system, which I shouldn't be talking about as a Swede, but I have done my research and heard way too many horror stories. I just.... *takes deep, slow breath*

I also love to teach people about anything that I possess knowledge about. There's nothing better than spreading knowledge and then see someone light up as they finally connect the dots. But I also strongly believe in teaching people to think for themselves. I believe that we all need to seek out information and learn to think analytically and not always blindly trust those in power or seemingly with the credentials. Yes, TikTok and YT makes my head hurts and blood boil regularly due to all these grifters with a "professor" or "doctor" in their name and then their degree isn't even in the field they talk about, but they still act like it is and people just swallow what they say without the slightest bit of critical thinking. Just... think!

What was your favorite childhood toy?

This is Pip (means cheep/chirp, yes toddler me wasn't good at naming) and he's soon 39 years old. My dad bought him the day they finally got to take me home from the hospital after I was born (I was premature).

The day he breaks, I will cry.
