Selene was waiting for Noah to come home, casually laying across their bed as the minutes ticked by. She had the lights dimmed, with a few candles lit to set the mood. They had both been kind of busy lately and with the holiday season approaching, she wanted to make it a special night for them. She was wearing a Santa hat and a sheer red bra and matching panties. There was a big red bow tied around her lower half. Hearing his footsteps, she smiles a bit. “Come here, baby,” she calls out to him.

The party had been going on for a few hours now, just the kind of typical Saturday night event the couple found themselves at whenever they came up. Sometimes she just felt over it all and wanted to do other stuff rather than go to another party at some frat house, where it was just all smoke and drinks and idiots. But she would compromise for Noah. Though right now, she wasn’t the happiest since he had gone off to talk to some friends and she was left alone. After finishing her drink, she went to go dance, figuring it was better than just hanging around by the couch until he came back. Her arms raised above her head as her body moved to the music, causing her cropped sweater to lift just a bit beneath her breasts. But she didn’t care.

The past few weeks had honestly sucked. Ever since her and Noah went on a break, she had just been miserable. But deep down she knew that if they hadn’t done this, things would have gotten a lot worse. They had just been fighting more and more and it was getting to the point where something small would just set the other person off. She was terrified that they were going to say something they’d both regret if they kept it up. She had just finished in the shower and was going to make herself a snack, when she heard banging in her door. Frowning, she checks the time and she doesn’t know who would be stopping by so late without calling first.

Making her way to the front door, she raises in her tip toes to look through the peephole and she sees him standing there. Sighing, she pulls back enough so she can unlock the door, but she keeps the chain lock hooked to keep a barrier between them. “What are you doing here, Noah?” She questions through the small opening.

“Can you at least show some excitement about being here?” Selene teases, coming out of the bathroom in her fuzzy robe. She had booked them a cabin to spend the holidays in, just wanting them to get away for a little while and spend some quality time together. “This place is nice and we have all the privacy we could want.” She had just wanted for them to reconnect a bit, since things had been a little hectic as of late.

Selene had a problem sometimes with not always thinking before doing things. Which was how she got into her current predicament. It wasn’t that her boyfriend wasn’t a good boyfriend per se, there was just something missing there. The raw passion. And she had ended up finding that in another man, his brother. Noah drove her crazy since the moment they were introduced. First, it had just been some harmless flirting here and there, but then it quickly turned into them fooling around whenever they were alone for more than five minutes. It didn’t help that him and his brother were roommates, so they ran into each other constantly. She’s in the kitchen, finishing up pouring herself a cup of coffee, when she hears someone come in. She turns around to see him standing there. “Oh, hey… I just made some coffee. There’s plenty left.”

The campus library was always pretty quiet and empty towards the end of the day. Selene had gone there to work on an assignment when she got a text from Noah asking where she was. Next thing she knew, they were hidden away towards the religious section and making out between the stacks. Pulling back a bit, she gives a breathless giggle. “I’m supposed to be doing my English history essay,” she reminds him. Her face was flush and her lips slightly swollen as she stares up at her boyfriend.

Selene was laying awake in bed, unable to sleep as she waits for Noah to come home. She didn’t know where he was or why he wasn’t back yet and she had been feeling a mixture of worry and irritation. He wasn’t answering her calls or texts, and she had no idea if he was okay. And it wasn’t like she could go out looking for him. She had put Iris to bed and didn’t want to drag her around in the middle of the night when she should have been sleeping. Finally, she heard a car pull up, the headlights flashing over the house. She sits herself up and just listens, waiting for him to come up to their bedroom. “Where the hell have you been?” Are the first words out of her mouth as soon as their bedroom door opens and she sees him.

The statement caught Selene a little off guard, just because it seemingly came out of nowhere. Shaking off the unexpectedness, she continues on with her painting, giving a little laugh. "Do you plan on picking one out from the store?" She jokes around with him, trying to make light of the conversation.
