Headcanon: Secrecy
No one in UA knows Sachiko’s childhood and backstory. Her father’s name may be familiar to some, but when asked about it, Sachiko will change the subject immediately. Despite her being so warm and caring to others, she rarely, if ever talks about herself. It’s to the point that few even know she lives in an orphanage.
Even with friends, it would take a while for her to fully open up about her past.

It had been nearly a week since Todoroki had suddenly disappeared. All the staff and students in UA spent every waking moment looking for the missing student, Sachiko being one of them. But so far, there wasn’t a single trace of him.
Not until recently. A breakthrough in the case had finally happened, and the moment Sachiko found out, she rushed ahead towards the leaked location, wanting to make it there before the Pro Heroes. It wasn’t as if she didn’t have faith in them, but there was so little info about Todoroki’s captors, no one really knew what they were capable of.
Sneaking into the place was surprisingly easy, almost too easy. She made sure to bring several knives and her sword hilt should she get into a confrontation with one of the villains.
Thankfully meeting little resistance, she was able to come across the room her classmate was being held in. Making a small cut on her arm, she formed the blood into a small lock pick to break into the room, a quiet gasp escaping her lips upon seeing Todoroki chained up against the wall.
“Todoroki..!” She couldn’t help but shout, making sure it wasn’t too loud. She ran towards the boy, beginning to work on the cuffs that held his wrists together.
“Are you alright..!?” A stupid question perhaps, but what else was she supposed to say?

It was just after a particular training regimen the students had to do when Sachiko noticed the other approaching. Letting the blood from her sword flow back into her body, she turned to the other and offered a small smile.
“Hello Suruto.”

“Is there...perhaps a reason why you seem to loathe class 1A so much?” She didn’t know much about the blonde student from 1B, only that he apparently was extremely petty and rude when it came to her class. She wasn’t even angry really, she just was...curious.

What was a child doing here? Was her first thought. As far as she knew, no one in her class had any younger siblings, at least, none that they openly spoke of.
However, upon closer inspection, the dual colored hair, the heterochromatic eyes, all the traits pointed to this child being her classmate. Did a Quirk do this? There really was no other explanation.
...The poor thing looked scared, unsure, uncomfortable here. Todoroki never openly spoke about his past or even his personal life, so Sachiko had no clue what to expect from him as a child.
“Wait...” She called out to the small child before he could get too far.
She approached him, kneeling down to his level and offering a warm smile. “Hello there, are you lost?” She asked.

She walked through the alleyway silently, a trail of blood at her feet. Yet another victim had been claimed by her, Bloody Mary as she called herself, their corpse left in the alley to be discovered by someone the next day.
Pausing suddenly in her steps, she formed her sword and pointed it in a seemingly random direction.
“Who are you?” She asked, her tone void of emotion.
Headcanon: Parents’ Quirks
Ayano Nomura’s Quirk was Blood Control. Similar to her daughter, she could manipulate blood in other people’s bodies instead of her own. She used her Quirk often to control people by using the blood in their bodies to make them living marionettes. While their mind was fully aware of their actions, they had no control over their physical movements and actions. Ayano could only control up to 3 people at a time before her control would weaken. A little known fact is that she can also control someone’s blood if they have an open wound, much like Sachiko.
Tai Konosuke’s Quirk was call Tear. He was able to manipulate the molecules in any object in order to easily rip through it. His Quirk was mainly used to rescue people who were trapped under debris and rubble. Overuse of his Quirk caused his hands to lose nearly all feeling through the nerves, as weakening the molecular bonds within another object would have an effect on his own molecules as well. This resulted in his early retirement, which caused him to go into a depression, and eventually alcoholism.
Headcanon: Siblings
Sachiko’s siblings are all the children from the orphanage. None of them are actually related to her by blood, but they’re the closest thing to family that she has and loves them very dearly. They have a penchant of calling her ‘Big Sis Sachiko’, and all look up to her.
She does her best to take care of them when she can, and it’s most likely from growing up around them that has made her develop such a strong maternal side. She is hesitant to leave them when she has to go to the UA dorms, but the caretakers (and siblings themselves) assure her that they’ll all be okay.
Even now, she visits them daily.
