Just so you know, Full Of Mettle is my number 1 favorite fic i have ever ever read. every chapter is actually life sustaining for me.
I am however, waiting with bated breath for Kimblee to die painfully and my baby Edward go back to Roy where he belongs

Oh, yeah, Kimblee needs to just get yeeted out a train window or something…
I hate writing him because I feel like I butcher him up so bad, but my attempts to show that Kimblee is AWFUL but he isn’t THE WORST seem to be working. It would have been so easy to keep him as a Big Bad but I’m a sucker for ‘’humans are multifaceted’’. Still, its clear he is in the top 3 of most hated folk in this fic… and for valid reasons.
Aye, Ed just needs to get back to Momma and Dad – I mean, Roy and Riza.
Lad needs like three lifetimes of therapy, lots of pampering, and soft blankets and sweaters and some overdue but bittersweet reunions.
