What mental illnesses does your Tommy have? Diagnosed or not, I'm just curious.

YOOOO i’ve gone in depth on symptoms over here, and i think i mention his illnesses in my about, but here’s a list:

schizoaffective disorder (an emotional / psychotic disorder)

borderline personality disorder with antisocial tendencies (antisocial personality disorder can be comorbid, but it’s unclear if he has it because he has so many neuroses)

PTSD, and this is the hardest to see in him because of how it manifests / how he displays himself (he’s ridiculously hypervigilant, and he’s always been good at hiding what he thinks and feels due to it, so his anxiety is almost nonexistent to everyone else’s eyes), as well as a lot of symptoms being intertwined with his other disorders also making it hard to diagnose

narcotic dependence, post-heart and facial surgery (various opiods; usually oxycodone atm)

i tRY TO PUT A LOT OF TIME INTO THIS; it’s Important to me as a Mentally Ill Child myself.  his main psychiatrist in arkham is @arkhemize​ (my oc who im on indefinite hiatus with, rip mccallister, he’s basically an npc at this point), and he sees @defenestratio​ in my reform au.  idk if alana has diagnosed all of it, but arthur has caught onto most everything.  he’s a bit hesitant on the ptsd, but mostly because it’s hard to read if it’s part of tommy’s manic episodes.  tommy’s manic-depression is rapid cycling, so trying to find out if he has a general type of anxiety that would relate to ptsd or if it’s his mania is.  hard.  not to mention mccallister barely gets to spend time with tommy because arkham is a revolving door, especially for tommy.
