GREAT product. The big man at our office loves it. Not only does it make him feel very important but benefits his health. He's been showing signs of stress, likely from traveling, as well as facing age-related strain on his back, but ever since we got this chair, it's become a new favorite spot. Sometimes purrs :)

The only complaints are, it's not ergonomic for all head shapes, including CRT monitors, and needs DIY adjustment for a tail. Also, the electronics wear out too quickly. We've had to replace the power for the massagers a couple of times, but other than that, works great.
