☩: Your muse is doing some intense spring cleaning. What is easy for them to throw out, and what is difficult for them to part with?
When he served the Order he’s never been allowed to keep things for himself, so by rule of thumb, let’s say he’s the type who’d find easier throwing everything out rather than the opposite. He likes keeping his place as tidy as possible, basic furniture, absolutely no knickknacks and trinkets of any kind (which he absolutely detests). He easily throws away old clothes and shoes when they come to be unusable, although he would fix them over and over before getting rid of them. That being said he would never part with Mia’s letters and his journals/sketchpads. Shall I mention the coin? Because, well, it is rather obvious…Albeit he extensively maintains the military discipline he’s been given in the way of personal decorum, when the Templar becomes (at last!) simply Cullen, he starts to collect several books on military strategy and religious subjects. There is a subtle pleasure possessing those tomes, he knows that he could find the same texts in the library of Skyhold but that’s not the point. If you love reading and for years you are forbidden to own anything, when the circumstances change, a book may be seen as the most precious luxury that one could ever wish for.

♢: In what situation would your muse feel most out of their comfort zone?
Cullen likes to speak plain. He always sounds direct, even blunt. It goes without saying that when it comes to dealing with diplomacy he is simply out of his element. He understands the importance of a negotiation, of course, just please don’t ask him to look happy when he’s forced to humour clerics, nobles and politicians with a passion for subterfuge and periphrasis.
