Though he'd be lying if he said that he was able to fight the smirk that had made its way onto his expression. Since, after all, the idea of messing with Niragi like that was more tempting than not but he didn't have the type of time to be able to keep a phone call going like that or even keep the trick going. Although on another night that things were slower and he could afford to, he'd be more than happy to oblige the other with a simple tease like that.

"While that does sound fun to tease you, I just figured I'd have the courtesy to call and inform you I'll be working a few hours later than planned originally. Have an emergency surgery that came up, and we're unsure how long it'll take so I'll be home late. Though maybe next time I call, I'll see if you'll oblige with some entertainment. Or see if you'll actually have the nerve to hang up on me after all like you claim."

"That would depend on what your definition of 'little' is." Crossing his arms over his chest while his back pressed against the wall, there was a bored but tired sigh from his mouth. "In most cases, little blood doesn't hurt, no, but if your definition is enough for them go unconscious from it then yes, it does hurt. Something also tells me that when it comes to the limit of someone losing blood, you aren't the type to care much for it unless it's your own blood you're losing. I'm sure that wouldn't be too far of a stretch, now would it?"

After all, they were all aware Niragi didn't worry about someone's else well-being all that often, and when he did it was a rare occurrence. "Although just because I'm around, doesn't mean I have any intent of stopping you. This isn't my fight, so as far as I'm concerned, whether you choose to stop at a little amount of blood or not doesn't affect me. You're the one that's going to have to live with it on your conscience."

A weak chuckle is heard as a smirk pulled at the corner of Chishiya's lips, enjoying any opportunity he had to get under the raven haired male's skin. Who could blame him after all? It was no secret Niragi thought he was a top dog, and he had made it clear long ago that being looked down on provoked him. "Though then again, if you liked what you see, you simply could have stated as such."

"No need to go eyeing me as if you were just a hungry animal staring at a piece of meat. Oh, I'm sorry. That was a bit disrespectful to the animal, now wasn't it? Then again, maybe you think if you stare long enough, you'll find a way to get me out of the way. That's what you want, after all." Sliding his hands into his pockets as he turned his back in order to walk away, his head turned to the side in order to allow a glance back to.. whatever the other male was to him. That was a question with an answer that only seemed to flip depending on the given moment.

"Wish I could say I'd hate to break it to you, but it doesn't work that way. You'll have to try a bit harder to get rid of me than just staring in hopes of an answer."
