@southernfriedengie "Dolly?" The accented call echoed around the Conagher house, empty save for Rory and the little girl he was supposed to be babysitting. 'Supposed' was a special kind of word, he thought - he was supposed to be keeping an eye on her, and he was supposed to make sure she didn't get into trouble or anything. Yet Rory was also supposed to be at work. How could he have turned Roy down, though, when his team engineer had come to him so willingly? No one ever trusted Rory with anything, let alone a child! It was only because Roy had heard that Rory occasionally looked after his young nieces and nephews that the Texan even thought to ask him. 'Dolly is a sweetheart', he had claimed. 'Quiet as a mouse - she won't bother you at all!' Of course, that was what was worrying Rory now. It had already been an hour since Roy had left, and Rory hadn't even seen the little girl yet! "Doll? You, uh, listenin'? You up in your room?"
