Out on a crisp and sunny winter day, you hear muffled giggling coming from behind one of the big snow piles that was moved by the house-elves after last night's blizzard. Curious, you go around the pile, your boots sinking all the way into the snow and making it hard to traverse. And then you see a Hufflepuff student, bundled up from head to toe, making a snow angel. The boy notices you and suddenly stops.
"Hi," he says sheepishly, barely audible through his scarf. He moves the garment out of the way for a moment and says it again, louder this time.
Felix' boots crunched in the snow as he trudged around the towering pile of white. The muffled giggles had stopped by the time he reached the other side, but what greeted him brought an instant smile to his face. There, bundled up in layers of scarves and a thick coat, lay a Hufflepuff, arms and legs splayed as he shaped a snow angel into the fresh, white blanket.
Felix chuckled softly, the sight tugging at a boyish fondness inside of him. When the boy noticed him and stopped, looking a bit sheepish, the Swede offered a wide smile in return. "Hi," Felix replied warmly.
He tilted his head slightly, gesturing to the untouched snow nearby. "Mind if I join you?" he asked, though he didn't really wait for an answer. With a playful grin, Felix let himself fall backwards into the snow with a soft whump, arms and legs spreading wide as he started moving them in wide arcs.
The snow immediately sneaked into his collar and sleeves, but the more he moved, the warmer he felt, and soon enough, a laugh bubbled out of him. "It's been a while since I made one of these," he said between breaths, his grin practically glowing.
"Though, I think mine will probably look like a Lethifold compared to yours," he said as snow dusted his hair and flushed his cheeks.
