I just remembered talking to imitations of real and fake people in your own head exists, recently it's been as if I'm talking to myself rather than pretending to talk to people who don't exist, but I had a dream that reminded me that I used to do that obsessively

I see people feeling the need to talk to chat bots when they can do that in their own head? either way can be unhealthy but atleast for the former you're using your own brain
