I like to think this takes place IF Reformed Agent Star had to be contained in a cell until she fully calmed down after the Grief Incident, Unsure if I wanna make it canon or not. Otherwise she would be just in the agency, leaning against Starlight's containment cell. But I like to think Leto was also making Reformed Agent Star hallucinations as well during the incident. But either way I could see Agent Toast being involved in the Grief Incident, who could have attempted to calm Reformed Agent Star down! not sure about Reformed Agent Beige! * She could be dealing with Leto's bitch ass- *
