Something interesting today! The word 母力 Boriki doesn't appear to be widely used (in fact, most search results are for this building, a family-oriented apartment complex). But I love this calligraphy, if that's the right word, and its meaning is apparent: "a mother's power."
母 means mother. It's read はは, も, or ボ.
力 has been covered here as a radical, but never on its own. It means power/strength, strain, or exert. It's read ちから, リョク, リキ, or (rarely) リイ.
And because I love stealth loanwords, here's a bonus fact: the English word rickshaw comes from the Japanese 人力車 [じんりきしゃ], literally, 'human-powered vehicle.' Neat, right?
