“Midoriya, why aren’t you in class? Lunch break was over an hour and a half ago.”
He started trying to usher Midoriya into the classroom from the hallway. “If you’re not feeling well, tell me before you leave so I can mark it down and we don’t have a missing child on our hands.”

He squints. There’s something different about the B-class kid, although he can’t quite point out what. Granted, his eyes are shit still, so it could just be a trick of the light.

It’s Saturday morning, and Aizawa knows what that means. Eating hot pockets in his underwear while correcting tests. At least the test correcting part is responsible.
That’s when he hears someone unlocking his front door. Shit, his capturing device is still in the bedroom and he’s the only one who’s supposed to have the key. “Hello...?” he calls, as the front door turns open and he’s greeted with the sight of his own face.
“Families are who you choose to make your family, not who you’re stuck with by some shitty lottery.” He thinks of his own home life as a child and several students he’s had over the years.

Oh great, his pain meds are making him hallucinate himself standing in front of him. Aizawa blinks slowly, trying to make the vision of his other self go away, but when he opens his eyes, it’s still standing in front of him. Judgingly.
“Hey Mike,” he calls out, “You seeing this?” Hopefully Mike is still grading tests in the other room.
“Anyone else want to write about pumpkins? Don’t fucking test me.”
