This is my final piece for the GCSE fine art course which was completed in 10 hours.
I Came To A Realisation Yesterday
Yesterday I was at the mall going to books a million, when I saw a girl and her mom (Along with siblings) they were clearly not the 'emo' type people, (other than the daughter) and her mom said " okay ten minutes, only ten, it's 10:37 now so at 10:47 you have to be back here." the girl squealed and ran in to hot topic, the mom clearly not wanting to go in there with her, that's when I remembered, last time I went there, as I was walking out I heard my mom mutter "My demonic child", the fact that that didn't surprise me, (and wouldn't surprise other people like me) is bad, what about Hot topic and our music makes people think we're demonic, unless you see me physically summoning a demon, or something like it, don't call me demonic, satanic, or anything else like that.
I do Halloween work, and we're already planning this year's Halloween event, and we've just had a girl join our group and she's very 5 years ago emo me... like she was telling us that she love stuff about death and all her teachers are scared of her because she's SO crazy... and part of me thinks she's bigging her self up to impress the big scary actors, and part of me wants to cringe and fight her... I get agitated by people really easy, and I feel like she's gonna be one of them... and I feel bad about it

we have a 'news quiz' that we do once a week in morning tutor featuring questions on the news that week (it's supposed to encourage us to listen to/watch the news more regularly) and this week we had a question along the lines of 'the lead singer of which welsh band has recently been found guilty of child molesting?' and one of the girls on the table next to me went 'it's one of those weird emo bands isn't it? i don't know..pierce the veil, put that one down. oh and put bring me the horizon down as well. and there's one called panic at a party i think put that down.' another girl on her table asked her if she had any idea if it was any of them and she went 'well all i know is that it was a weird emo band and they're all emo so one of them must be right.'
