Samoa is a country consisting of two main islands, Savai'i and Upolu, and four smaller islands (Manono, Apolima, Fanuatapu, and Namua). The capital city is Apia. Samoa has long been of interest to outside powers, especially Germany the American Empire. After long & complicated histories with them & other outside nations, Samoa declared their independence and soon after joined the alliance of the Oceanic Empire.

Much like the kingdoms of the Caribbean had done, the kingdoms of Oceania also made the choice to unite under a single Imperial crown for protection & autonomy from outside influences who sought to conquer them. Unlike their Caribbean allies whose imperial crown is hereditary, the Oceanic crown passes through a cycle. Currently, the crown belongs to Imperial King Amiri of Fiji, but will not pass to heirs. The next heir to the Imperial Crown is Crown Princess Leneu of Vanuatu.
