Hey how bout Meg's whole collar/accessory situation? I can kinda see Hardison being a bandana kind of guy, maybe even matching it to Eliot's cooking bandana's when he wears them to cook for the trio? Maybe it starts out as a joke to annoy Eliot but it eventually becomes a fond tradition, and even a Good Luck Charm like if they take Meg to Friendsgiving or Channukah or whatever the most recent FamilY Get Together event is, to color match Eliot's kitchen bandana with Meg's collar bandana.
oh a hundred percent hardison gets a bandana for meg that matches the one that eliot usually wears for cooking as a kind of "hey look you guys match :-)" silliness,, but after that he thinks ok there might be something to this. meg's bandana wardrobe expands and soon it just becomes natural that if eliot is gonna wear a bandana, meg gets one too so she can feel Included. AND THEN it expands to parker getting hair ties in those patterns, and hardison getting scarves that match. eliot gripes about it at first but he's not going to mess with the new tradition, especially since he kinda enjoys matching with everybody and feeling like a family
