since social media is a thing, ludwig probably has an account in apex verse after he enters the Games. he didn’t really have one before since he was always on the move, busy doing his research and keeping an eye out for authorities  ( not interested in leaving digital traces for sure )  and didn’t have much use for it beyond reading the news, which he can do without any social media. someone probably told him it’d be beneficial to have something once he made enough of a name for himself. and that he definitely did, really quickly what with the horrifying and grotesque and gory things he does.

he doesn’t respond to anything remotely related to the apex games on his account. he barely even talks about the games. you wouldn’t know he’s even the Cardiac of the games even if his account handle implies it.

all he does occasionally is post bird pictures.
