It's hilarious how the same people who say that Robby was in the wrong for telling Langdon that he doesn't belong in the ER-because he's clearly bringing his personal feelings into it-will turn around and claim Mohan isn't suited for the ER, despite every other attending(and Collins from last season) thinking she's extremely talented at her job.
So Robbys opinion is wrong when it comes to the white man who was stealing and diluting meds from the hospital (who is, albeit, in recovery now), but he's definitely actually correct about the woc resident, who he's called names, openly ridiculed, and told she doesn't belong in the ED, because....reasons.
