Eurovision usually values spectacle over talent, but Cezar Ouatu is a notable exception. Very good control, excellent range.
Emma: I like the vampire song better, though.
His performance is very good, but... you should not watch the live version.

They may as well be. I cannot tell what which is worse - wearing nothing or dressing as a Sephiroth’s vampiric cousin.
