RE fear of animals in certain settings:
this is in part of jacket’s own personal feelings due to richard, and also actually something one of the devs of hlm had said which influenced the creation of hlm in the first place, that one of his biggest fears was animals behaving like people, to which he said, and i quote, “the scariest thing to see in an alley would be... a chicken, holding a baseball bat”. he’s claimed this fear stemmed from childhood nightmares he had after watching movies like alice in wonderland and the wind in the willows
