((i'm sure it's no surprise but i haven't had much muse for spark lately, so i'm hoping with a lighter rp place will help me at least keep him alive. so, i made him a k/ik i will warn you now, though, spark's texting is A Mess, so expect a lot of shorthand, caps/screaming, and emoticons))

((okay okay okay but candy isn’t nicknamed candy b/c she’s a slowpoke and spark is poking fun at candela ( though that’s the reason he’ll give if asked )

spark met candy in between leaving valor and making instinct and it wasn’t hard to notice that she didn’t seem to like sticking her tail in the water to fish like the other slowpokes there. through some, very slow communications via crude drawings, spark found out it was b/c she didn’t want to risk a shellder chomping onto her tail and forcing her to evolve. she instead wished to find a way to evolve into a slowking. spark decided to help her and so she joined his team. king’s rocks aren’t too hard to find, sometimes wild pokemon will be holding them, especially slowpoke well. but one also has to remember that spark is a very bad battler, so even just lasting in slowpoke well is hard, even with flipping electric-type raichu !!

and then after he finds the king’s rock he’s gotta find someone willing to trade and then trade back to him ( which honestly isn’t too hard, prof willow would probs help him w/ that )

all in all though it’s not an easy task for the both of them, but even still she’s absolutely determined to become a slowking. that determination is what got spark to name her candy, because she reminds him of her in that respect.))
