speaking of Khisit, I’ve also been thinking lately about what sort of a companion arc they’d have as a JK class companion in general (as opposed to their more specific dynamic with Rivka in particular)
and I feel like the culmination of it would probably have to involve confronting and resolving the situation that got them on the JK’s ship to begin with, namely the Jedi keeping them on a proverbial leash for “supervision purposes” - specifically, I’m thinking about Tryse coming to meet with Khisit and the Knight on their ship, as a representative of or person sent by... idk whatever group it is that’s appointed themselves in charge of wayward ex-Jedi sithlets, to evaluate whether Khisit seems like they’re still too much of a danger (”danger”) to let them wander around without Jedi oversight.
since the JK is the one who’s been “watching” them, of course, Tryse would be talking with you as well asking for your opinion, with a couple of key dialogue options that would change the outcome and get approval/disapproval from Khisit. main one being probably a choice between “they’re a great person and deserve their freedom” / “they’ve been an invaluable asset to me, but there’s a reason Jedi need to work within the broader system of the Order even when they’re devoted servants of the light, so they should still have Jedi oversight nonetheless” / “their views are dangerously heretical and they’re a criminal, absolutely do not let them go off on their own”. where the middle option would actually be the one that’d get you the biggest approval hit, since a big theme of Khisit’s conversations and whatnot would be “just because you have the potential of Force sensitivity doesn’t mean you’re inherently Different”.
...but anyway if you don’t burn your bridges in that quest I think the final conversation where the companions profess their loyalty to your legacy or whatnot would involve Khisit saying (to the effect of), y’know, I never thought I’d find such a good friend in a Jedi; anything you need, I’m here for you. because I am a Giant Wibbly Sap and honestly under the grumpyface exterior they really are touched by and value someone who’s going to listen to what they have to say and stick up for them <33
