i love the salmon run outfits haha
none of these characters are inklings... don’t think too hard about how this would work
anyway, elumb likes brushes and rollers, but hates the splatlings. bug is happy with a slosher or a brella, but can’t stand chargers. zora is top-tier with blasters, but not any other shooters. delphi is incredible with a charger, but not much else - especially sloshers.
turnarounds for elumb lotus, a sproutae. she seems calm and patient, but is inwardly an incredible force of salt. she’s stuck as a cafe barista, but wants to learn pyrotechnics.
we were supposed to include as many colors as possible without being out-of-character or looking ridiculous, so i hacked the competition and used a sweater woven with different colors of yarn and a skirt with a pattern for ellie lmao
(the sweater was stolen from her wife. said wife proceeded to steal one of her skirts and wear it like a tube dress)
sticking strictly to run rune’s pink-and-black color palette while also following the round theme was... impossible. so i relaxed my rules for this round, even if they’re all shades of pink and grey. (and i got to use one of my favorite patterns, charcoal and black!)
round 4 reference. no spoilers allowed ;3
not entirely satisfied, but whatever. i like the atmosphere.
a loose, comfortable outfit for getting measured / trying on mockups, and the finished product!
for oc pageant’s second round, rainy spring.
