Honestly, Katsuki was still reeling from from that one kid’s Christmas wish. Five year old Deku’s words kept playing in his mind over and over like a broken record. It was hard to shake the fog out of his brain.
It took Todoroki’s words to get him to snap back to reality. “Huh?” He blinked at IcyHot for a moment before giving a nod and getting out of his seat. “Yeah... need a few minutes.”
“Thanks,” he added, almost too softly to hear before leaving the set.
